Secondary/COB Claims Submission: Many payers offer electronic submission of secondary/COB claims. See COB column on Payer List for participating payers or eCOB section on Payer EDI Fact Sheets.  Payers that accept eCOB should NOT require a paper copy of the COB as long as information from COB is being passed electronically to the payer.  Contact your software vendor for capability to submit secondary claims electronically.
